Western Canada Fashion Week provides a showcase for local, Canadian and international designers.  We provide our local talent with the most progressive environment we can and continue to grow and develop along with our designers.  Since fall 2005 we have fostered a design community that is being noticed by local and Canadian media, buyers and the general public.  As well as International attention from designers, media, buyers and other fashion weeks.

Western Canada Fashion Week collaborates with other agencies, businesses and schools to provide designers with opportunities to advance their design careers.  We present both a runway showcase bi-annually and have launched the “Western Canada Fashion Week Incubator Program”, designed to help advance Western Canada’s fashion entrepreneurs to a national and international level.

We work year round to promote our designers; we have participated in – The Edmonton Fringe Festival – The Works Art and Design Festival – Old Strathcona Fashion Extravaganza – Couture For Cambodia – Changing Together – Fashion on Fire – Kingsway Garden Mall “Let Your Light Shine” Campaign – TransCanada Runway (Montreal).
